Easy Returns & Exchanges

1. SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally. For international shipping rates email us. Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days. If a product needs to be manufactured, it may take a day or two longer. We strive to get things in the mail within 5 business days.

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to the current situation with Covid-19 and the massive changes to, well, everything, our time from ordering to shipping has extended by as much as 5 business days. We are doing our best to keep the site updated so if an item is not on our shelf it will be listed as sold out. If you want an item listed as sold out, email us and we can let you know how long it might take to get one made for you.

The US Postal Service is currently dealing with some service changes. Their main website says that Priority Mail delivery times will not be affected. That may or may not actually be true. Most of our packages go priority, but if you do order something as a First Class Mail shipment it may take a day or two longer. Thanks for your patience.

a. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are determined by weight and destination,  excluding applicable sales tax. Our handling charges are nominal and help to cover packaging.

2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.


Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 3 business days of receipt of package.

 

In case the following conditions are not met, we reserve the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.

- the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase

- items and packaging must be received in new condition

- the original packaging must not be damaged

- packaging must include all original items

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy above.
